Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

• Children aged 0-5 years do not occupy hotel beds, do not include hotel breakfast and attraction tickets, and are only provided with a seat in the tour vehicle; children aged 6 years (inclusive) and above must occupy a hotel bed, are charged at the same price as adults, and include a bed, breakfast, and attraction tickets. The child's age is based on their actual age on the day of travel.
