We had a very very wonderful tour guide, Andy. He explained a lot of things in a very interesting ways and we can understand very clearly. He was also a very great photographer to help us take many nice photos at the GreatWall. The lunch place we went to was great, with a private dining area and very yummy food selection. Feel very comfortable with this guide. I think the pricing a bit pricey but it’s ok since the company is the only one available that provided this tour to the Juyongguan. it was honestly an expensive tour, and the tour lasted about 6 hours in total. the two places were far from the city and not very accessible, which is why the tour was pricey. our guide andy was knowledgeable and we learnt a lot during the tour. our lunch was super yummy, especially after our tiring climb on the great wall.

She gave us a lot of time to shop and even looked after all the purchases we’ve made, ensuring that they were well properly packaged for us to take back home. The tour guide is very enthusiastic about explaining that we encountered a traffic jam. The driver kept driving safely after three hours of traffic jam. The tour guide also introduced the history of the scenic spot during the traffic jam. The time passed quickly.

A highly recommended day trip from 2 Aussies. Our guide Henry suggested an early start which we took him up on, this saved us time in traffic and meant that we avoided a crowded wall, which made it special. He was very knowledgeable and happy to share history and local suggestions. Ming tombs were impressive and the day was topped off by an authentic Chinese lunch which was delicious.
