- Different accessibility is provided for attractions, please refer to the attractions website before the visit
- The minimum number of participants for a tour is 2 people. Orders will be confirmed at the latest 72 hours before departure.
- The driver will contact you one day before departure. Please be sure to provide a local contact method that can be reached normally to ensure smooth itinerary arrangements.
- Picnic mats are provided free of charge for borrowing. If needed, please collect them from the driver upon arrival at the venue and return them proactively when boarding the vehicle for the return trip. Please use and store them properly to avoid affecting the rights of subsequent users. Thank you for your cooperation.
- The number of picnic mats is limited. If needed, please note it in your order, and we will try our best to reserve one for you. This is an additional brand service; if there are not enough available on site, no refunds will be given. We appreciate your understanding.
- Fireworks and drone performances will be arranged on the evenings of 7/6, 7/17, 7/31, 8/14, and 8/21 (a total of 5 days). Passengers are requested to confirm their return time when placing an order, as no temporary changes can be made on the day of the event. Please be aware.
- This activity is a transportation shuttle service and does not include hot air balloon tickets. Passengers must arrange and purchase tickets themselves.
- The shuttle service only provides round-trip transportation to and from the Luye Gaotai Hot Air Balloon venue and does not include shuttle service to the Light Sculpture Music Festival venue.

The driver contacted us early and departed ahead of schedule. Their service attitude and explanations were excellent, and they even provided a fan. Service: Top-notch!
It's very expensive. It costs 800 per person, so for three of us, it's 2400. This is much more expensive than a taxi, which costs 600 one way, or 1200 round trip. It's also much more expensive than the shared taxis arranged by hotels and activity providers. For 800 per person, it's not even a private car; it's a shared ride with others. And if the hot air balloon can't fly, you can't leave early.
