Is this a shared or private transfer? This is a shared transfer service, and there is also an option for car rental with a driver. For shared transfers, each vehicle accommodates up to 12 passengers, with a maximum of 1 standard luggage per person.

For car rental with a driver, you can customize your own itinerary and travel with more flexibility and comfort, without worrying about fixed schedules.

What type of vehicle will be used?

• For shared transfers, a Toyota Hiace (or similar) will be used. Each vehicle can accommodate up to 12 passengers, with a maximum of 9 luggage pieces. Guests will be traveling together with other passengers.
• For car rental with driver, a Toyota Avanza (or similar) will be used, accommodating up to 5 passengers.

Can the pickup and drop-off locations be different? No. The pickup and drop-off locations must be the same for this shared transfer service.

Can I make stops along the way?

• For shared transfer: No, this is a shared transfer service that operates on a direct route only, providing round-trip transportation between hotels and Mandalika Circuit (venue) without any stopovers.
• For car rental with driver: You can customize your own travel itinerary, giving you more flexibility, comfort, and convenience without fixed schedules, with up to 12 hours of car charter service included

Where can I choose my pickup time for Race Pack Collection and Race Day if I choose the Shared Transfer package option? You can select your preferred pickup time (range) on the checkout page before making payment, after choosing your package.

For the shared transfer option, how does the driver pick up passengers? The driver will pick up passengers door-to-door from their hotels, starting with the nearest locations first. As this is a shared transfer service, pickup times may be slightly earlier or later depending on the route and the number of passengers.

For the shared transfer option, can I change the route to another zone from my initial zone? No, you cannot change to another zone. The shared transfer service is fixed based on the selected zone coverage and operates only within that designated route.
