Ipoh Old Town & Cave Temple Full-Day Private Tour

First of all, please note that the tour is from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (the stated time of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM appears to be incorrect). I participated with my daughter. As we were not staying at a hotel, we departed from the Starbucks in front of Berjaya Times Square at 7:30 AM sharp. Due to it being the first day of a long weekend, the traffic was terrible. We arrived at Kellie's Castle at 12:00 PM. At 1:30 PM, we had lunch consisting of chicken rice (steamed and boiled), steamed bean sprouts, and fried tofu with oyster sauce. Everything was delicious and easy to eat. At 2:45 PM, we arrived in Old Town. After exploring, we had white coffee at OLD TOWN at 3:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, we arrived at Perak Tong Cave Temple. Afterward, they dropped us off at our accommodation. We were worried because the journey there was delayed significantly due to terrible traffic, but we were taken to all the scheduled tourist locations as planned. We were very satisfied.

We had a very good time to take this oneday tour. We could see another part of Malaysia. Mr.Ahmed was nice and kind, he drove safely. The car was nice, clean, well maintained. Everything was good. Very recommended to booked this tour.

The driver and tour guide Kassim is punctual and polite. We really enjoyed the trip to Ipoh, especially the Kelly Castle and the Cave Temple (Kek Lok Tong). Kassim is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the sightseeing spots. He introduces the scenery and explains the local people's livelihood along the way. The trip has included the entrance fee to Kellie's Castle, lunch with local chicken rice and a cup of Ipoh white coffee which the food and drink are very authentic. Kassim also drove very safe and efficient for the whole journey. The vehicle was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the trip to Ipoh, especially the Kelly Castle and the Cave Temple. We really enjoyed the tour. Was just amazing I recommend! You’ll visit the castle, the beautiful temple in the cave where you can see the local streets also! Try local food and taste the white coffee. The city of Ipoh is very pretty and historic!

Avalee is a very good tourguide and always take us a photo in every places which is convenient for us. We were able to enjoy every places that we visited. Since this is a private tour, we can manage our own time in every places. He even walk behind us for security and to keep us on track. Very good itinerary and souveinir shop. Even our driver is very friendly.

Tour guide Ahmed was very friendly and introduced various attractions as well as fun/delicious things to do in other cities in Malaysia. They enthusiastically helped us order many dishes for lunch. Ipoh is an old town without a bustling scene. It is more suitable for people who want to relax.

It was located about two and a half hours away from Kuala Lumpur. The buildings were very beautiful and the streets were pretty. The old history was intact. The guide, Ahmed, was very kind and drove well! It was a fun trip.

Thanks to Kassim for explaining the attractions in detail at each stop, which allowed me to learn more about the history of the classics.

The tour guide came to the hotel to pick us up on time and explained it to us very seriously. I think the tip can really be considered more, which is an encouragement to them. There are not many tourists in Ipoh, in fact, it is very comfortable to walk.

I want to go to Ipoh to promote and participate in Klook.
