Great time, fun, our tour guide Tea was a happy, enthusiastic individual that handled everything with smiles and laughter. It’s a more intimate, smaller cruise ship that gives personalized attention. Excursions were perfect for a short 2 day / 1 night cruise. My room was exactly as the photos .. it is a cruise ship so I did not expect anything other than what is advertised. Great experience, nice food, happy staff … all in all .. 5 Star experience.

I had 2days 1 night with Cozy Bay Grand Cruise in Halong bay,this is the best trip I ever had,unforgetable trip,beautiful boat,great services and so nice people:tour guide(explain every single details, arranged everything in the best and so friendly ,helpful…)bar tender,chef…all were amzing,we had many activities:kayaking in water cave ,swimming+hiking on Titov Island,visiting the biggest cave(amazing cave),cooking class,sunset party,singing karaoke,dancing,taichi class…really enjoyed the trip and thank you so much Cozy team,highly recommended this Cruise services!!!

We had memorable time on Cozy bay Grand for 2 days 1 night, the room with panoramic seaview and unique decoration , staffs were friendly and helpful to serve you delicious and hygienic foods during the trip. The original Cozy Bay Grand has been converted to Hera Boutique Cruise. The quality of the meals, from the first day's buffet lunch and Vietnamese dinner to the second day's breakfast and buffet brunch, was excellent and exceeded expectations. The itinerary was well-planned, and all the attractions were worth visiting. The basic facilities on the boat were comprehensive; although the boat itself is older, it didn't detract from the experience. The tour guide was very professional, providing clear explanations and abundant information. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Our guide Tam is very helpful and friendly, he gave very detailed talk about the visited spots, with clear instructions and great humor. He and the cruise staff took care of us with great attentiveness. It was definitely an unforgettable experience.

We had an excellent cruise, guided by TEA, who was fantastic and very attentive. We requested vegetarian options and had plenty of choices. The activities are good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the meals are very generous. The staff was very pleasant. The entire organization is well-oiled; I highly recommend it.
