Special Itinerary Reminder
Boarding Procedures
- Passengers are kindly requested to prepare valid identification documents to collect their boarding passes. Adults (14 years and older) may carry: ID card, driver's license, passport, or other photo identification for inspection. Children (under 14 years old) and infants should carry: household registration booklet, health insurance card (without photo is acceptable), or passport for check-in.
- Domestic airlines do not provide meals. When boarding, please comply with airline regulations and announced prohibited items.
- Group tickets cannot be pre-assigned seats, nor can aisle or window seats be specified. Seat arrangements are handled by the airline, and companions may not necessarily be seated next to each other. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Domestic airlines offer a free checked baggage allowance of 10 kg per person; exceeding this limit will incur a baggage fee of NT$15-NT$19 per kilogram.
Notes on Related Matters
- Kinmen tour bus arrangements: If the number of travelers is 6 to 8 people, a nine-seater vehicle with a driver and tour guide will be used; if the number of travelers is between 9 and 15 people, a medium-sized bus with a driver and tour guide will be used; if there are 16 or more travelers, a large bus with one driver and one tour guide will be taken.
- If the itinerary encounters special circumstances such as ships, traffic jams, closures of tourist attractions, adjustments to accommodation hotels, or due to seasonal changes and hotel confirmation issues, as well as other irresistible factors, the itinerary sequence will be slightly adjusted or tourist attractions will be interchanged. The itinerary arrangement will be based on local conditions.
- This itinerary is set as a group tour. Therefore, for the safety of travelers and related issues during the tour, requests to leave the group cannot be accepted during the tour. If this cannot meet your travel needs, it is recommended that you choose a group free and easy tour or an airline package free and easy tour.
- The flight times used for the itinerary are as follows (calculated based on flight departure time): [Morning flights: 06:00 to 11:30], [Afternoon flights: 11:31 to 17:00], [Evening flights: 17:01 to 21:30]
- Due to the scarcity of 3-person or 4-person rooms in Kinmen hotels, most rooms are double rooms with one large bed or two small beds. Room assignments will depend on each hotel's response. If an extra bed is added, it might be one large and one small bed, or an extra bed in a double room (the extra bed will be a camp bed or a sofa bed).
- In Kinmen, in response to environmental protection efforts to reduce exhaust emissions, cars, motorcycles, and large vehicles must turn off their engines if parked for more than three minutes. Failure to do so will result in demerit points and fines. Therefore, engines and air conditioning are generally turned on only after passengers have boarded. We appreciate your understanding.
- Since this itinerary adopts a local group tour model in Kinmen, if the scheduled arrival time of flights from various places to Kinmen is around one hour, the tour guide will decide whether to wait at Kinmen Shangyi Airport or visit other unscheduled attractions nearby. If the return flight departure time is also around one hour after the scheduled itinerary has been completed, and group members are taking different flights, the tour guide will decide whether to take all passengers to the airport to wait for their flights. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
"National Holiday Period" Ordering Precautions
- During national holidays, all requests are based on order confirmation. When placing an order, please provide the order passenger's (name, ID number, date of birth) and contact person's mobile number, accommodation type, and number of rooms, so that tickets can be issued immediately when airlines open for booking.
- During national holidays, which are considered flight control periods, all passenger bookings are handled manually. Each booking can accommodate a maximum of four passengers. If a single order has more than four passengers, there is a very high probability that the excess passengers will be split to take different flights. Passengers are kindly asked to understand and take note of this.
- During national holidays, flight availability is subject to the results of manual bookings made by suppliers with airlines. Please note! During national holidays, specific flights cannot be designated; instead, flights with available seats will be provided. After the traveler pays the deposit, successful booking requires immediate ticketing and payment. Subsequent cancellations or changes will incur necessary fees. If you cannot agree to this, please do not purchase!
- If the seat is canceled after ticketing, or if the passenger requests to change the flight date, flight number, passenger name, ID number, or date of birth, it will be considered a cancellation and a new reservation and ticketing will be required. The original ticket issued has no refund value.
- After a successful hotel reservation, the business staff will report back to the traveler to guarantee their stay. If canceled due to personal reasons, the actual cancellation fee for the accommodation will be charged.
- If the trip cannot proceed due to insufficient availability or failure to meet the minimum number of participants, a full refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
