- Special note on flower viewing: Plant growth is affected by natural weather, and the blooming period varies each year. April to May is early spring in Hokkaido, and the flowers in the garden may not yet be fully open. We will ensure to take you to all the attractions mentioned in the itinerary, but we cannot guarantee the real-time density of the flowers. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance; let's experience the vitality of early spring in Hokkaido together.
- The duration of stay at each scenic spot will be adjusted according to the flowering situation.
- We will send you a confirmation email after 3:00 PM on the day before your trip, which will include: meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go into your spam folder).
- If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
- On the day of departure, please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refunds will be issued.
- If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the tour guide based on the information in the email and join the itinerary group for timely communication.
- Please keep your phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- If you experience motion sickness or seasickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
- The journey is long. If you encounter traffic jams, please wait patiently. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic jams. Thank you for your understanding.
- Infants aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free, but this must be communicated in advance to avoid being refused by the driver due to vehicle overcrowding.
- If some attractions are closed on specific dates, we will arrange alternative attractions for you. We may not be able to notify you individually in advance, so please understand.
- In the event of force majeure factors such as special weather conditions, the event will be canceled. You can choose to reschedule or get a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
