Reviews summaryHong was absolutely amazing. He spoke clearly and engagingly, making everything easy to understand and enjoyable. You can really feel his passion for what he does—it shows in the way he connects with people and brings every part of the tour to life. Highly recommended!
Lin was my guide and his service was above and beyond! The tour was a great way for you to visit every location at the ease of navigating yourself with Lin providing sufficient information of the location. I enjoyed myself.
Excellent Tour Guide – Highly Recommended! Mr. Hong was an exceptional tour guide and truly made our trip memorable. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of the tour. His explanations were clear and engaging, and he shared many interesting insights that brought each place to life. What really stood out was his patience, warmth, and genuine care for the group. He managed the schedule well while still being flexible to our needs and interests. Thanks to Mr. Hong, our experience was smooth, fun, and stress-free. We are very grateful to have had him as our guide and would highly recommend Mr. Hong to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and outstanding tour guide!
The guide name is Lin. He is very polite , friendly , helpful and has a lot of interesting sapporo and Japan info. Travel time in Asahiyama 2hr is more than other but still to fit for me. Other spots are also good. Very recommend for this trip
It was a very organized trip, our guide Hong is very kind and helpful, He is knowledgeable in every places that we visit. He looks after us in every place. I enjoyed this trip, I will definitely book here again if I have the chance.
Mr. Hong, our tour guide, is very patient and gives facts about the destinations. We enjoyed the Asahiyama zoo, beauty of the Shirahige Falls, Blue Pond in winter, and a fairytale dream in Ningle Terrace. Just a suggestion: Maybe the tour can be adjusted to more hours in Asahiyama Zoo and Ningle Terrace to be in night time or when the sun sets to appreciate it more. Overall - 5 ⭐️
I really enjoyed this tour. its my first time seeing penguins up close as they walk pass by me so its a core memory. my 2nd time to do snowmobile but would definitely do it everytime I visit Hokkaido. Our tour guide Kevin is very organized, informative, and he even goes beyond by taking Photos of us --- very good photos 😊to commemorate the trip.
Thank you Kevin for a wonderful trip! everything was great, he came in prepared and gave some history about the places and landmarks where we will go. Over all it was a superb experience. Great! And extra, I got to experience heavy snow after we arrived at the Odori station, (my childhood wish granted and made me cry while taking vids)
Punctual pickup, but there were some delays during the trip because other tourists were slow + weather conditions, making the trip boring and returning 1 hour later than scheduled. We viewed trees from the car. There was a snowmobile available for an extra charge of ¥15,000 for 1 person per snowmobile or ¥20,000 for 2 people per snowmobile. There was also a banana boat which was cheaper and more fun. The snowmobile was very slow, so everyone just followed each other and it wasn't very fun.
Our guide is Sunny, he speaks clear english and is very organized! He told us clearly when to get back to bus, he prepared instructions in all languages following the nationalities of the group participants (English-Malay-Indo-Thai-Japan). He explained clearly when to go to toilet so that we don’t have to wait in line. We visited all the places cause the weather is quite good (bad weather = highway closed). The timing is also perfect, we’re one of the earliest group to arrive in Asahiyama Zoo so we got pefect place to see the penguins. The group was on time, there is just enough time for everything (considering how far the places from each other). Just make sure to follow his instructions and get back on time. We have group chats where he told us the bus’ number and location. The bus never parked too far except for the Ningle Terrace. Tip: bring your own lunch and water for a day, as we have very little time at each destination (you don’t want to waste your time to buy meals and drink)

Seating and Vehicles
- The itinerary is a shared group tour, and seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
- The vehicle model will be arranged according to the number of participants and cannot be specified. For smaller groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant may be arranged, and the commentary will be simpler.
- If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. If any damage or stains are caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other conditions. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions based on actual circumstances.
- If cable cars, boats, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the itinerary will be changed to visit other attractions or adjust the stopover time.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by the individual.
Season and Scenery
- In winter, if expressways are closed or access to scenic areas is restricted due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. No waiting for latecomers, and no joining midway.
- We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain itineraries, please bring your own warm clothing.
* The itinerary does not include personal travel or accident insurance. We recommend purchasing your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks, so travelers should register cautiously based on their health conditions.

* During Japanese public holidays and peak weekend travel, severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions are common. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for the same evening, and to bring light snacks and a power bank.
