Surcharge Table

• Outside service hours: VND VND 200,000 (applies for using the car more than 12 hours) per hour
• Holiday surcharge: VND 100,000 (when traveling on 31 Dec 2025, 1 Jan 2026, 30 Apr 2026, 1 May 2026, 2 Sep 2026, and 31 Dec 2026) per person
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Pick-up information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• The driver will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

Meet-up information

• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your meet-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 5+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Free for 01 child/booking with age 04 and below as long as they will not occupy separate seats. A child ticket will be required for each additional child
