Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- Participants must be aged 6+ to travel
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 0–5 are not permitted to participate in this tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest is found to fall within this age range based on official identification or failure to present valid identification during check-in. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- Participants aged 6-11 are considered children, based on their official ID
- Children aged 6-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
