Batu Caves, Genting Highlands and Kuala Lumpur City Full Day Tour

Many thanks to our guide, Tommy, for arranging our itinerary, taking us to the local Wen Dong Market to taste Musang King durian, and to the local favorite Mushroom Garden Restaurant for lunch. Throughout the trip, the guide thoughtfully reminded us of the taboos at each attraction, ensuring we followed all relevant instructions while exploring. Good experience, we got lucky, there were only 3 of us, it became a private tour. We followed the timeline and still enjoyed it. Got to see the different places we wanted to see and done when we wanted to 5:30pm.

Patrick was excellent. He provided detailed information about every places we visited. He was patient with my wife and I as we needed more time to walk around.

Itinerary: Includes hotel pick-up and drop-off. The overall itinerary is very relaxing. You don't have to find your own way.

The itinerary planning was decent, but it seems there was a communication gap between the travel agency and the driver regarding the schedule. Also, there's room for improvement in the cleanliness of the vehicle.
