We book for 2 pax and it's worth it. convienent and they are literally on time. journey took about 1 hr 30 min (Friday) to reach from Tai Chung Railway station to Cing jing minsu (they send literally to the minsu doorstep) and make it easier especially if you have luggage. Vehicles details are sent the day before.
fairly straightforward process. indicate if you want to be contacted on WhatsApp or Line or telephone call. the tour operator contacted me in advance with details of pickup. I could also contact them easily on WhatsApp on any possible time delay
smooth ride to cingjing, this is a good deal for a solo traveller like me, extremly affordable! there wes only 1 group of traveller in the same vehicle, so it's quite fast to get to my minsu.
this was a fuss free and convenient way to transfer, especially with luggage and that they drop you off right at your accoms at cingjing. however, a small gripe was that the driver arrived 15mins later than informed and there had not been any communication to let us know on this until we reached out to the operator themselves.
I had received the pick-up vehicle and driver information the day before. Since the reservation was made for Saturday, the 16-seat minibus came and was fully occupied. We lived near Zixinyuan, which was a bit far away from the Guomin Hotel, so the driver picked us up at the end, ten minutes later than scheduled, but it was definitely understandable. Get on the bus at the B&B at 13:40 and arrive at Taichung Railway Station around 15:40. The car was very comfortable and there was a short stop at a gas station for everyone to use the restroom.
Booked this shared transfer from Taichung to Cingjing (journey took about 2 hours which was slightly longer than the usual due to road conditions). The vehicle is a 9-seater car which was clean and spacious. The driver was also friendly and he drove safely and provided good service (he even provided a little stool so that we could step down easily when alighting!)
Booked for return trip back to taichung from Cingjing. Coincidentally, it was the same driver who drove us from taichung to Cingjing. Convenient drop off at the HSR station to continue with the rest of the trip
The driver will open whatsapp group reminder the night before departure and update the status from time to time. The vehicle is comfortable, the driver is friendly, and the boarding location can be adjusted appropriately.

After the itinerary is confirmed, you will receive a confirmed e-mail, which is very reassuring. You will be contacted the day before. You must confirm the driver's name and license plate number the next day, otherwise there will be too many shuttle vehicles to and from Cingjing, which will be very difficult. It’s easy to get on the wrong bus
