Very fast service and clean boat. luggage service was also very quick in boarding and deboarding the luggage. overall very good experience.
We missed our 1:45pm schedule and we're panicking that time but when we arrived the staff are very helpful to us and advise us that there's no issue as we can still ride the next scheduled trip. We even experience heavy rain in the port but the staff and crews are very accomodating to us. The travel is fast we arrived in Sanur at exactly 30mins. It was a fast, safe and hassle free ride.
Extremely convenient! Also, this port has its own waiting area where you can sit, and you can walk straight ahead to board the ship without having to walk for a super long time. The price is cheap, and it's a big ship, which is really better than buying tickets from the hotel!
good experience with klook and angkal
once we got to right dock an easy process and were lucky to arrive just in time for an earlier boat that meant we got to Nusa Pendida in good time. trip was very smooth despite choppy sea.
Very smooth ride and also very fast, in 25 minutes we've been already back to Bali, Kusamba. Everybody was kind and helpful. Also nice caffè-s at the Sampalan port.
The boat was very nice and clean. Excellent service from booking to travel by Klook. They make it very convenient to access local services.
The overall experience was great. Took hardly 30mins to reach Sampalan port from Kusamba. The ride was smooth and life jackets provided.
The speedboat arrived at Penida Island in just over twenty minutes. The boat was very stable, and I didn't feel any bumps even sitting at the front. The interior of the speedboat was clean! Very detailed!
The boat was clean and stable, and there was staff to help with luggage. Although the waves were occasionally big, it was unavoidable.
