Nabil, our sweet and kind tour guide, has made it an amazing trip for us to Bromo and Madakirapura Waterfall! Overall the trip was very well-organised. The time spent on each activity was precisely calculated, allowing us to have enough time to catch a break after each eventful adventure. Nabil took care of everything. After a light meal before sunrise he guided us to a spot where most people would have missed, giving us the advantage of having a clear view of bromo at dawn. He was also very thoughtful, providing us with cushions while waiting. The view was spectacular and breathtaking, absolutely worth the wait. Nabil was loquacious and knowledgeable, a decent quality for a tour guide, about the history and culture of each spot, telling us interesting stories and explaining things in detail. He also helped us to take a lot of nice pictures, making our journey even more memorable. He’s a friend of us now!

He was not only very knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the history and formation of the mountain but also incredibly friendly and pleasant to be around. His company made the entire experience even more enjoyable. What we really appreciated was the flexibility of the trip. As mountain weather can be quite unpredictable, we encountered thick fog at the foot of Mount Bromo. Instead of sticking rigidly to the plan, Tegar thoughtfully suggested visiting an alternative site where the views were much better. That decision really made a difference and showed his experience and care for ensuring we had the best possible experience. Overall, everything was well-organized and hassle-free. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this trip, especially with a guide like Tegar!

Booked a last-minute private tour to Mount Bromo for our 1-year anniversary—best decision! They got back to us a few hours later. The weather was great. The views were truly majestic, pictures don't do it justice. Watching the sunrise was a bucket-list moment everyone should experience. What elevated our experience was our guide, Laz. He was super friendly and motivated, ensures we got the best spots for the sunrise view. Laz is very knowledgeable about the area, history, and local culture, making the journey enriching. He motivated us throughout the climb to the top of the crater. Bonus: Laz has great photography skills! Know where to stand and to capture the beauty of the place and us perfectly. Compliments to our driver, Foni, from the hotel to Bromo, and Bromo back to hotel. And also our jeep driver (we didn't get his name), highly skilled. Memorised the route even though we couldn't see anything while he was driving in the clouds. ​Highly recommended! Truly unforgettable!

My parents and I, had an amazing tour from Surabaya to Mt. Bromo and Madakaripura waterfall, guided by Bella. The entire experience was smooth, well-organized, and unforgettable. Bella was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Watching the sunrise over Mt. Bromo was breathtaking, and the waterfall stop added a refreshing touch to the adventure. Bella, was really helpful and caring for my mother who had issues climbing the stairs. She was really patience and thoughtful. We really appreciate her knowledge of the area on where to watch the sunrise and the stories behind each volcano. We highly recommend her as a tour guide. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore East Java with a local expert!

In short, it was a very worthwhile experience for a one-day nature trip. We started our journey at midnight to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately, we only saw fog. But amidst the misfortune, there was also good fortune, because after that, the hike up to see the Bromo crater and the waterfall went smoothly.Both places are incredibly beautiful, and although the journey takes some time (by car and on foot), it's definitely worth it.In the end, this trip was really great, I give it 10/10. The tour guide, Baroni, took excellent care of us from the start until they dropped us off at our accommodation. It was a pleasure meeting you, and thank you for the wonderful experience.

From the early morning jeep ride to the Mount Bromo sunrise to the breathtaking Madakaripura Waterfall, everything was perfectly arranged. Revi was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of every detail — even helped us get the best photo spots before the crowds arrived. The view from Bromo’s crater was out of this world, and the waterfall felt like a hidden paradise. Highly recommend this tour and especially Revi as your guide!

I went with Zero expectations without really researching much because I was in Surabaya for work and this was more of an impulse trip. when surveying the Klook options, this was the most expensive one, and I had my doubts…. but the experience was fantastic! a Once in a lifetime experience. my guide Arya was cool and so accommodating. so was Eddie at madakipura falls. I can’t speak for the other Tour Operators and whether the cheaper options would be just as fantastic, (because I’ve only ever used this) but I’m definitely coming back with my family this time for a proper holiday and I’m definitely booking with this tour operator again.
