[Snorkeling Experience]
Even if it's your first time in the ocean, you can safely enjoy the fun of snorkeling.
Accompanied by a professional instructor throughout, you'll head to famous dive sites like Shilang or Chaikou, with the most suitable location arranged based on the day's sea conditions. After putting on full gear, you don't need to know how to swim to easily float on the surface and get a close-up view of Green Island's rich marine ecosystem.
Along the way, you'll see schools of tropical fish swimming by, colorful coral reefs, and various marine creatures. If you're lucky, you might even encounter wild sea turtles gracefully swimming. In clear weather, the visibility in Green Island's waters can reach over 20 meters, making it a place where many fall in love with the ocean after their first snorkeling experience.

Along the way, you'll admire spectacular volcanic rock formations, natural sea pools, and the interplay of light and shadow in the Blue Cave. Under safe guidance, you can also experience popular cliff jumping, feeling the most representative adventure of Green Island.
[Night Ecological Tour]
When night falls, Green Island truly begins another story.
Follow a professional guide into the quiet mountains to search for traces of nocturnal creatures and listen to the most authentic sounds of the island at night. If you're lucky, you can get up close to Green Island's most iconic wild sika deer, and also have the chance to discover a rich ecosystem including horned toads, hermit crabs, and insects.
Without the interference of city lights, looking up reveals a sky full of stars, and if the weather is good, you'll have an even greater chance to admire the spectacular Milky Way. The entire journey involves no wading and is an easy route, making it a suitable night experience for families, couples, and friends.
[Introductory Diving]
No certification needed to personally explore the underwater world.
Accompanied by a one-on-one professional instructor throughout, from wearing equipment and underwater breathing to diving techniques, they will patiently guide you step by step. Even if you have no prior diving experience, you can safely complete your first dive.
After descending into the sea with a tank, you'll be greeted by colorful coral reefs, schools of tropical fish, and a vibrant underwater world. If you're lucky, you might even encounter wild sea turtles, creating unforgettable underwater memories.

Because there were quite a few guests for snorkeling, it took a lot of time for everyone to change, so the actual snorkeling time was only about 40 minutes, which was a bit of a shame. However, the Blue Cave was truly beautiful and stunning! I highly recommend everyone go. We were very lucky that it was just my friend and I at the time. The cool guide took us cliff jumping to capture beautiful scenery and even helped us photograph cute little fish underwater. Finally, since we had already visited the Bow Cave the day before, the guide took us to a nearby waterfall, which was also very beautiful! (*You only get this opportunity if there are fewer people~) Thank you, Green Palm Sea, for making our two days so enjoyable!
Brother Lobster's night tour was incredibly interesting. First, he showed us a Patrick Star (a real starfish) and explained its biological characteristics. Then, he led our large group to stargaze; the Milky Way was beautiful, and the stars and constellations became super easy to identify with Brother Lobster's flashlight. Along the way, we also saw a 'devil flower' (also known as Barringtonia asiatica), which displayed vibrant colors and different appearances when illuminated by the flashlight at night. Later, on the way to Wugui Cave, we encountered a land crab heading back up the mountain. Brother Lobster took the opportunity to explain its reproductive characteristics and ecological conservation (apparently, thousands are run over on the roads each year). Finally, he explained the origin of Wugui Cave. It was a very meaningful and enjoyable tour.
On my first night in Green Island, I signed up for the night tour. Coach A-Ren was very patient and introduced us to some cultural attractions. We went to Guanyin Cave to pray and even saw the Black Beauty! Ahhh, I touched a frog! Although it was raining, seeing Green Island at night was still a wonderful experience... Green Island is a place that makes you feel relaxed and happy. Ahhh, I'll come again next time!
We arrived early and waited at the shop, where the on-site instructor first explained the safety measures. I was very curious and excited about Green Island's Blue Cave! Following the local instructor, the scenery along the way was beautiful. I'm so glad I signed up for the Blue Cave Secret Exploration; it's truly worth visiting. However, please be sure to join a tour group for the activity to ensure a safe and worry-free experience! Highly recommended! Ah-Ren Ge explained everything in great detail! We saw sika deer, the starry sky, learned about the history of Guanyin Cave, and even saw a toad! He was humorous and made everyone feel comfortable. It's amazing how he could spot the sika deer so quickly, and he explained the culture and history so clearly. When you visit, you really should take the time to learn about it all. And the starry sky was absolutely breathtaking! (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
The shop was easy to find and the staff was very kind. not that much English, but not needed for the snorkeling. The guide was great and took us to known spots for many fish, even saw a sea turtle. The night tour is Manasrian only and just a lot of scootering around, not recommended if you need English.
Our tour guide was really funny, haha! The frog that appeared out of nowhere was super cute, and it had excellent eyesight. It's a shame the weather obscured the constellations, but the guide still explained everything very thoroughly! Highly recommend!
It's so funny, I mixed up my night tour and snorkeling reviews, but it's okay, both were a lot of fun! The instructors were all very interesting and humorous, and the fish were adorable and loved to eat! Highly recommend!
Great experience - worth it! You get everything you need. The place where we were was full of many types of fish. Even clowns. The guide only spoke Chinese, but it wasn't a problem, we managed it anyway.
Snorkeling was incredibly fun! It turns out Taiwan has beautiful scenery that rivals international destinations. The night tour was also super interesting, and Ah-Ren's commentary was excellent. I highly recommend these activities for anyone visiting Green Island!
