This massage alone costs more than 3300, but buying a package also allows you to choose a ten-hour private driver and guide for only 2810, which is a real bargain! (Private car rentals start at 3000) The next day I used the private car service, and the driver Putra was super great and polite. He contacted me proactively a day in advance to confirm the itinerary and provide some suggested itineraries. He was very punctual in arriving at the hotel to wait for me that day 🥹 The vehicle was very clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was cold hahaha 🤣 very good! During the trip, he helped carry things, was very patient, and even climbed up and down the waterfall with me. He also brought two umbrellas when it rained heavily in the afternoon 🥰 He took me to visit Ubud Palace, and also explained things and helped take pictures 🥰 I said I wanted to buy postcards, and he also took me to the art market to buy them. This is by far the best value for money you can get! for the price of a 10hour car and driver combined with a 90 minutes hot stone massage was less then just getting the car alone! You don’t have to book car and spa or dinner on the same day- if you get a spa that’s close to your hotel just use a taxi then save the car/driver hire to go explore another area of Bali! I can’t stress enough how much this pass saves you!

This spa is conveniently located right in the hotel. It's a bit small, but it seems to be a chain brand. Overall, the service was good, and they really value guest feedback, even asking if you have any discomfort. It was a pretty good experience overall.
