This was our first time participating, and our family of five had a wonderful time! The instructor explained everything thoroughly, and the time management was excellent. During the process, we got to sample different flavors of chocolate, with the black truffle being the most unique. We also enjoyed a chocolate cold drink. Each person made 20 small chocolates. It's great value for money and highly recommended for a parent-child activity! 🥰
I had a really lovely experience! The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout. The workshop was fun, engaging, and full of insightful knowledge about handcrafted chocolate — I learned so much and truly enjoyed every moment. One small suggestion would be to offer cacao tea for guests to try during the session, especially when it’s being introduced. It would make the experience even more immersive. It would also be great if the tea was available for purchase — I’m sure many guests would love to bring some home 😊 Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend
Very hands on and cool workshop, we got to make our own chocolate box with chocolates we made and wrapped ourselves and also got to taste every flavor of chocolate they make. Brian helped us throughout the whole experience and informed us on how they make everything. We ended up buying 5 bars of chocolate as well and he also gave us a both a free sample box on top of that!
We had a wonderful experience learning about how to make chocolate from Brian at Bittersweet Chocolate. Also fit a chance to mold and package the chocolate during the session. Highly recommend this experiebtial session!
The guide explains how chocolate is made from cacao beans, using illustrations. They also offer a guided tour in English, so it's reassuring even if you don't speak Vietnamese. My husband and I participated with our 6-year-old daughter, and she enjoyed it without getting bored. Tempering the chocolate and adding toppings was simple but surprisingly difficult, and we were completely absorbed in it. We also enjoyed tasting 12 different chocolates and had a great time chatting with the other participants! Thank you!
What a fun experience. Teeming our guide was great. We tasted many different unique flavors of chocolate. Made our own chocolate ( although I wish we had many more options for toppings). Overall a great afternoon experience.
Though it was a great experience for a first timer, the price can be less (nothing that klook can control though). The overall trip at the facility can be better. I didn't see the other option of liquor chocolate.
lovely cute little chocolate factory. they talk you thru the bean to bar process. staff are very friendly. the chocolate workshop room is very well decorated. you get to try different types of chocolate (which you can buy), a chocolate liquor and iced chocolate drink. the chocolate making part was just pouring pre-melted chocolate into moulds and adding toppings like sprinkles.
It was a very welcoming and educational chocolate experience. The owner Travis, was very nice, taking our inquiries and speaking with us one-on-one about the chocolate. Knowing the origin of the chocolate and how everything was locally sourced made for a greater understanding of the culture of Vietnam. The wide variety of chocolate flavors and eye-catching packaging made them wonderful souvenirs for friends and family. Although the workshop is catering mostly to children, it was still enjoyable for us as adults. Keep the gloves on, the chocolate gets messy.
