I am Korean, and I often use tours in other Southeast Asian countries to plan my travel itineraries. This particular tour, especially, didn't feel like the guide was just going through the motions or simply trying to fill the required time. Instead, I was truly touched by the genuine effort to help tourists create wonderful memories. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how much effort this takes. Especially on this tour, our guide Alex didn't feel like he was just going through the motions or just trying to fill the required hours. This was a fantastic trip! We enjoyed a fun kayaking experience, visited a bee farm, and tasted local hot honey, which is perfect as a souvenir for friends since it's airplane-friendly. Our jungle adventure guide was very experienced! We saw large spiders and various insects. The guide was humorous and entertaining, yet very responsible. The food was abundant and delicious, truly excellent. Starfish Beach had many starfish and charming mermaids 🧜‍♀️.

well organised. professional service. action packed itinerary. pretty much a shopping tour to buy different local produce. Lunch was quite tasty at a local restaurant. You will have about 2 hours free time at the beach.

Very smooth and hassle-free experience from booking to drop-off. Communication was clear and the driver arrived exactly on time. We visited Sunset Town, Hon Thom area, local cafes, and beaches comfortably within the 10 hours. Would definitely book again.

The operator moved our trip for the next day because didn’t meet all the requirements. We had to move some plans but was fine. The beach is the most beautiful and I think 2 hours is not enough to spend here, considering more than 30 mins are lost for changing. The food was korean bbq, which was good but unexpected. The water shows were both amazing, worth the tickets.

Booked driver through Klook app. Got confirmation on whats app next day from John’s tours.Was expecting car as it’s only 3 of us, but driver came with van so we got plenty of space for ourselves. We knew what we wanted too see, so we were not looking for suggestions from driver.

This one-day tour was so much fun and really interesting! We even had a little companion, Lara, who was an absolutely adorable kitten ❤️ Our guide, Alex, was very kind and responsible. He did a great job introducing and explaining each attraction, and every stop was fun and interesting 👍 We especially enjoyed the snake farm. It wasn’t just about snakes — there were also many different kinds of animals to see. The entrance fee was affordable, and we got to see so many animals, which was really nice 👍 Thank you so much, Alex, for taking such good care of us throughout the whole day. My mom and I had a wonderful time! ❤️

The itinerary for this tour perfectly met our needs. We got to ride a sampan and visit Starfish Beach to see starfish, without having to worry about transportation or lunch arrangements, as both attractions are in remote locations with no direct bus access. We booked online through Klook, and it was advertised as a group bus tour, but perhaps due to the off-season, it ended up being a private tour for just the two of us, with only a driver and a guide, who picked us up in a private car. The guide didn't provide extensive commentary, just a simple introduction to the itinerary. They accommodated our request to complete all activities before lunch, giving us flexible time at each spot. The guide would take us to a destination, and we'd let him know when we were ready for the next, which was very relaxing. The sampan ride was unique; the boatman not only took us around but also performed a rowing demonstration and even showed us how to fish. There were additional entertainment elements like the boatman singing. Lunch was served in a stilt house, a delicious seafood meal with plenty of dishes that tasted great. The stilt house also had several picturesque spots perfect for photos. The most enjoyable part was visiting Starfish Beach to see the abundance of starfish.
