I joined this wonderful coffee‑making workshop with High, We got to make three iconic Vietnamese coffees: egg coffee, salt coffee and coconut coffee. Each drink originates from a different region across Vietnam. While hands‑on preparing the drinks, we also learned about the local coffee culture and fascinating history behind each recipe. It’s not just making coffee, but a lovely cultural journey. Really fun and memorable experience, highly recommended!
Lana has been a very good instructor. Even giving us tips not just for coffee making. We booked an 8am class so it was just us and felt like an exclusive class for us. Everything tasted so good we hope to make it at home too.
Booked this coffee class through Klook, and got lucky since there were only us two students, so it felt very personal. Our instructor, High Energy, was incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She taught us how to make four different Vietnamese coffees while sharing the history and story behind each recipe, along with the ingredients that make them unique. We also received copies of all the recipes at the end, which was a nice touch. The class took about 1 to 1.5 hours and was a lot of fun. They also have a shop where you can buy phins, coffee beans, and other coffee merchandise. I was looking for a phin and was happy to find one there. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang.
It was a really fun and delicious coffee class! ❤️ Under Daisy's humorous explanations and guidance, we enjoyed four different types of Vietnamese coffee. ♪ You can deepen your knowledge of Vietnamese coffee and learn practical ways to brew delicious Vietnamese coffee. The egg coffee, coconut coffee, salty coffee, and peanut butter coffee were all delicious! ♪ I wholeheartedly recommend it! 🤩😘
We had so much fun learning to make Voetbamese coffee! Our instructor was very clear with her instructions, and we managed to make four different types of coffee under her guidance. Personally we love the Salt Coffee most - I will definitely be trying to recreate it at home with the recipe!
Such a wonderful experience to make coffee the Vietnamese way! Lana, our instructor, was so kind and made the class very enjoyable! Book it while you are in Da Nang! Really worth it!
honestly had such an amazing experience ! Daisy was our instructor and she was super knowledgeable, fun and EXTREMELY accommodating - she hand delivered some merchandise we purchased which was so considerate and unexpected! the workshop itself was super fun an educational, we learnt a lot about the Vietnamese coffee culture and the coffee demonstrations were easy to follow! would highly recommend :)
A great morning with Hub making egg, salted and coconut coffee. ☕️🥥 Delicious and a fun activity! The class was set up with individual work areas, so we each got to make our own coffees from start to finish. 😋 Definitely a great way to spend the morning!
Loved this class learning how to make our favourite Vietnamese coffee styles and learning where they all started. Our host nicknamed “high-energy” was certainly just that! explaining everything clearly and helped us make delicious coffees while adding fun and humor into it. The whole thing felt like a little science experiment weighing and measuring everything out. We also got a PDF with the recipes so we don’t forget anything!
