Tokyo City, Imperial Palace, Shibuya Crossing, & Meiji Jingu Tour

We had a disappointing experience with this tour. I booked this for my 78-year-old mother-in-law, expecting a comfortable guided tour with transport between locations. In hindsight, I should have clarified this more clearly at the time of booking. However, it was not made clear that the tour would involve walking through subway stations and using public transport, which is not suitable for someone of her age. Communication was also poor. The booking was only confirmed at 4am the next day, and the pickup time kept changing. We accepted a later pickup and still ended up waiting over an hour. Overall, the experience felt disorganised and stressful. While I acknowledge I could have asked more questions beforehand, I believe clearer communication and better coordination from the provider would have made a big difference. I would not recommend this service, especially for elderly guests.
