such a great service. I accidentally book the wrong date and I realized quite late but I was lucky as they are able to make changes to accomodate to my request. (I booked 25nov but they able to change to 24 Nov, I realized I booked wrongly on 23 Nov at night) The staff was very friendly and they provide a simple and clear instructions. our room was in 101, there's a cracked at the shower floor area so got to be careful. the AC was not working but it was okay as we went in end of Nov, hence the weather was cool/cold and windy. there's no bidet but they provide tissue roll. the food portions is a sharing kind (1 plate for 2 or 4 pending on allergies and food requirements)but it was delicious.
I think the communication regarding the pick-up time was slow. I also felt the travel breaks and waiting times were too long.
