The hotel arrangements were excellent. They helped decorate the room and provided a birthday cake, as well as a late check-out 😊. The breakfast had a wide variety of breads, and the coffee had a Labubu design!

We encountered a leaky bathroom ceiling in our first room, but thankfully the front desk immediately upgraded us to a top-floor, premium ocean view room after being informed. It had a bathtub with a view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and birthday decorations. The manager also thoughtfully adjusted our check-out time to 3 PM, so overall we were satisfied.

Drove to the hotel! A staff member quickly came out to help with the luggage and greet us! The lady at the check-in counter! The service is really outstanding 👍🏻👍🏻 The room is really small! But the bathroom is very big! Taking a bath overlooking the sea view is really unbeatable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The sea view room offers excellent views, is comfortable and clean. The full body massage service was satisfying, and the breakfast selection was diverse. The staff were friendly and polite!

The staff at the sprinkler shop are very polite and everyone who walks by will take the initiative to say hello to us! The children's playroom is also large, with a slide, a bouncy pool and a bouncy bed°

The hotel rooms are comfortable and offer great value for money. The buffet breakfast is also excellent and highly recommended.

This is our fifth stay, and it's such a great hotel for families with children. Every staff member is incredibly friendly. Auntie Wong in the playroom is always so enthusiastic with every child.

The staff in all departments are very polite. The hotel is comfortable. For room service, you can call the front desk and a staff member will bring it up. But if you don't want to trouble anyone, you can pick it up yourself downstairs. The deluxe ocean view room would be perfect if it were just a little bit bigger. The view is, of course, first class.
