- Please store your luggage at the hotel counter before 11:00 AM. The agent will collect the luggage according to the service schedule
- According to the location provided in the 'Other Info' section, it must be within Tokyo's 23 Wards, Maihama (Disneyland area), or Yokohama City
- Your luggage will arrive at your designated hotel before 21:00 on the same day

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please take photos of the luggage you plan to have delivered and send them to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information
- To receive your luggage, you must present your passport or photo ID to confirm your identity

Excellent service! Our bags were collected from our hotel’s reception desk in Kyoto at 9AM sharp (as scheduled), and when we reached our hotel in Tokyo around 7PM - our bags were already waiting for us there. No damage, no delay. We enjoyed our Tokyo exploration day 1 worry free and ‘hands’ free! Highly recommended!
After our trip through Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, our luggage was larger than expected, and we needed a solution to send it from Kyoto to our last hotel near Haneda Airport. LuggAgent was our lifesaver. They picked up the luggage from our hotel in Kyoto, and we were able to take the Shinkansen luggage-free to our destination. When we arrived at the hotel, the suitcases were already waiting for us. I 100% recommend it and would use the service again.
I was really worried about sending my suitcase ahead but it all went very well! my suitcase waited for me in Kyoto and the booking and Communication process was easy and speedy! Since I have an AirTag I could See where my luggage was, otherwise I didnt receive an e-mail as it Said in the Service - that would have been nice! I can really recommend this Service anyways, because travelling the Metro and the Shinkansen is such a hassle with a suitcase!
I didn't want to bring my luggage as I had many transfert to go to my next hotel and as promised they bring me my luggage at 7 pm in my new hotel. You can use it without any problem.
this is bu far the best decision we made on our trip we didnt have to drag our luggages on the shinkansen…they came right on time and luggage was delivered earlier than expected
