- The size of the luggage is the sum of the lengths of three sides: There are 3 options available,Small (~120cm),Large (~160cm) and Oversized (160cm~)
- Available Delivery Areas: Tokyo (23 wards)+ Chiba (Urayasu)
- *Please be advised that if your luggage exceeds the pre-booked size, you will be charged the difference at the counter

- Valuables, hazardous items, and live animals (including pets) cannot be accepted for delivery
- Delivery is not available to accommodations other than hotels, such as private lodgings (e.g., Airbnb) or hostels
- We do not offer delivery to or from hotels where the guest is not staying
- The name used for the booking must match the name on the hotel reservation. If it does not match, the hotel may refuse to accept the luggage
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect registration details, such as mismatched names or wrong addresses. Please double-check your information before submitting

We arrived very early that day and hotel check in was at 3pm. Rather than take our bags everywhere with us all day. We used this service. Our bags arrived at 7pm that night. Great service. Very efficient. And a good idea. Well worth the price. It made our day navigating public transport much easier.
this little gem is tucked around the corner, diagonal from the information booth in arrivals. incredibly easy service, our luggage was waiting for us in the hotel room and we got to go play immediately after landing. VERY convenient...somebody please do this in the States!
Very easy to locate the counter at Haneda Airport, just near the Keikyu ticket-selling machine. The process is also fast & simple, reconfirm the hotel location & name, then hand over the luggage to the counter in charge, every done. Before 8 pm received at the Hotel.
During our 3-day, 2-night trip to Tokyo, we had to spend a day at the Ramen Museum in Yokohama. If this service hadn't been available, it would have been really difficult to travel around with the kids and two suitcases. They delivered our luggage so safely from Haneda Airport to our hotel in Shinjuku!!! I will definitely use this service again next time. It was really convenient and great!!!

A small kiosk very near to the Keisei line ticketing area in terminal 3. Transaction was fast. It would have been nice if I was notified of the status of my luggage delivery

Kiosk located right near the arrivals area. Just enough time to verify the reservation and we left our luggage. Arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon without any problems.
