Langkawi Kilim Karst Geoforest Park Night Safari Guided Tour

Our tour guide, Sufi, was very knowledgeable about the mangroves and the history of Langkawi. He introduced us to information about various types of eagles, monkeys, bats, and the history of Kilim Geoforest Park. I really enjoyed the boat rides and learning about the mangroves. The dinner was also delicious; it was at a floating restaurant, and the seafood was very fresh. Overall, even though it rained at the end, this is nature, and we still thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Thank you so much to HAL Tours for giving us a really good experience of the Kilim Geoforest Park.

Our guide's explanations were easy to understand, and they were very friendly! The tour content was also excellent, with the bat cave, Eagle Point, and the sea firefly spot being particularly impressive. The sunset point was also very beautiful, but unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of our visit, so we couldn't see the sunset. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a riverside restaurant!

Had an excellent experience on the Mangrove Night Safari Speed Boat trip! The entire tour was very well organised from start to finish. The ride through the mangroves at night was truly memorable and beautifully managed. A special mention to the captain for his smooth navigation and professionalism throughout the trip. The Kilim Geoforest Park night safari was a great experience overall. The arrangements were well organized and everything felt smooth and planned. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset—watching the sky change colors over the water was a highlight of the tour. Our guide, Merrisa, was great very friendly, funny, and made the whole experience more enjoyable. The bat cave was really interesting and worth visiting. One thing to note is that there aren’t actually any crocodiles in the crocodile cave, the entrance just looks like a crocodile, which was a bit misleading. The food wasn’t upto the mark but aside from that, the tour itself was memorable and definitely worth doing for the views and experience.

i'm glad i took this tour. you enter the park when it closes to the general public, so you avoid the crowds and swarms of people and boats. and the wildlife emerges, so we saw alot of them.

The guide, Hazril, was very friendly and lively. He made the whole experience both informative and fun-filled. Although it rained on the day of our tour, he was well-prepared with ponchos for everyone and still kept the itinerary going! Since it rained, there were less animals than anticipated, and also no sunset. However, we still went to the locations which was worthwhile! The grilled fish & chicken with fresh fruits was great for dinner. The tour did not feel rushed or time-constrained at all, definitely would recommend this activity!

100 out of 10. I mean this is a lifetime experience and our guide was so knowledgeable and explained regarding with the mangrove, more importantly, with friendly mindset. That was totally worth for my money. Will come back if I had a chance.

The best decision i've made for my langkawi trip. I went with my group of friends and we all enjoyed it very much. The tour is informative, the guide is friendly, the view is amazing, and the experience is priceless. I would recommend it for anyone visiting langkawi, looking for a different experience. Depending on the weather, you'd be able to view the sunset out in the sea. The best time to go would be early of the year to avoid the rainy season, but i'd say you'll enjoy it just fine at other times too :)

Tour Guide: The tour guide was very witty and humorous, and provided attentive service. Itinerary: Since we boarded the boat around 5 PM, we avoided the hottest part of the day, and the weather was quite comfortable for most of the trip. It was only a bit muggy on the way to the bat cave. The bat cave isn't very large, but you can see many bats 🦇. Scenery on the Boat: The scenery was beautiful, mainly featuring the mangrove forests on both sides and distant mountains. The animals we saw were mostly small crabs, mudskippers, monkeys, and birds. After dinner, playing with the glowing water (algae that glow when stimulated) in the dark was also very interesting.

Tour was really fantastic and amazing. We enjoyed a lot! Really Appreciate the way they treated us and food was also delicious 🙂 Thanks!
