The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Free for children aged 0-2

Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Children aged 0-10 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Children under 3 years old are free (proof of age required), children 3 years old (inclusive) and above are charged. Only package tours do not offer free visits; entry is charged upon arrival. The fee includes admission, guided tour, DIY activities, and other itineraries.

Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed, but please inform us in advance so that suitable seating can be arranged.

If you need to bring a pet, please prepare a pet stroller or pet carrier. Pets are allowed as long as they do not touch the ground after entering. If you do not have the above equipment, you can also leave your pet at the pet boarding area at the entrance (leash required).

No discount for charity tickets and senior citizen tickets yet.

Marbles are everywhere in the factory, and because the soda production area is prone to slipperiness, it is recommended to wear sports shoes or closed-toe shoes when visiting. (There is also a treasure hunt pool that children love in the factory, so it is also recommended to wear sports shoes for the treasure hunt.)

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
