Elevation gain of 145 meters, very steep stairs. Difficulty: 3 🌟 - Mount Bromo: Only a 0.5 km walk to see the sunrise. To see the crater, you must walk a short gravel path and then climb 240 steps, approximately 2.0 km. Difficulty: 1 🌟 - Mount Ijen: Approximately 10 km round trip (crater + blue flame). Elevation gain (400m + 200m). The entire path is dirt and slopes. The path down to the blue flame is made of stacked rocks and poses some danger. Difficulty: 5🌟 Scenery: A must-see landscape to experience in life. Equipment Provided: Gas mask ➕ headlamp. Please bring your own warm clothing, as mountain temperatures are below 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit). What an incredible trip! The places we visited were beautiful, the experiences were unforgettable — but what truly made this journey special was our guide, Laz. He wasn’t just guiding us; he was sharing stories, making us laugh, and going out of his way to make sure everyone felt included and comfortable. You could tell how passionate he is about what he does, and that passion is contagious. Whether it was explaining local culture, helping us find the best spots for photos, or just keeping the mood light during long drives, Laz was always there with a smile and a great sense of humor. An extremely satisfying 3D2N trip with the guide Arya. The arrangement was perfect and the view at Sewu and Bromo is gorgeous. Though we encountered heavy rain when we were hikng at Ijen, we still had the chance to see the blue flame. Thanks to the guide and driver, we enjoyed the best convenience and service in the trip. I would recommend the tour to my friends and all of you.

The trip was good go go. Guide Dino and Driver Imron was friendly and able to give information when needed. Dino was always with you to make sure we are safe and guide us thru the trip.

Wafig is a sweet guide，help us range many things and we spend a wonderful trip. and he can speak Chinese which more easy to conmunicate for us. All the drivers and the local guide are wonderful. The hotel and car are quite nice with this product. We enjoyed the time stay in sewu waterfall, Bromo and ijen. Will come to Indonesia again☺️☺️☺️

From wading through rivers to witness the majestic Tumpak Sewu waterfall, to catching the cool breeze at sunrise over Mount Bromo, and hiking through the night to see Ijen’s surreal blue flames, followed by a breathtaking sunrise - it was adventure after adventure. Throughout it all, the team made sure we were always in the best spots for views and photos. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of East Java with zero stress and maximum awe.

It was a wonderful adventure in Indonesia. The itinerary might look a bit intense at first, but as long as you exercise regularly, it is totally manageable. The stunning views make it all worth it. Both our main guide Reyhan and the local guides we met were incredibly friendly and attentive. They took great care of our safety and helped us take lots of great photos. Our guide also shared many interesting aspects of Indonesian culture and recommended some popular local souvenirs. Due to unsafe road conditions caused by rain a few days earlier, we could not visit Sewu Waterfall as originally planned. Instead, we went to Madakaripura waterfall, which turned out to be just as enchanting. We were even able to walk between the falls, making it a unique and memorable experience.

This was a 3-day, 2-night trip covering waterfalls, Bromo, and Ijen. Evan from Bovan was an amazing guide, attentively looking after each member of our group and patiently explaining the itinerary and local history and culture. The company's accommodation and transportation arrangements were also very comfortable. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories and allowing us to witness the beautiful people and landscapes of Indonesia firsthand.
