Reviews
This itinerary is well arranged and allows you to visit several scenic spots. It is very suitable for travelers with limited time. Moreover, this itinerary includes tickets for the Pena Palace, which allows for quick customs clearance. Our driver and tour guide will guide us and allow us free time to move around.
Visiting several attractions in one day saves time and avoids many transportation changes. The tour guide was humorous, explained clearly, and took good care of the passengers.
Highly recommended. Great for a full day tour to learn and enjoy great places near Lisbon. The guide is knowledgeable and accommodating.
Please be careful of this group, it is very dishonest! Before departure, they suddenly told me that my itinerary did not include Pena Palace tickets and that I had to cancel and refund on my own initiative, but I did not cancel the itinerary. The night before, I sent a letter to notify the meeting time and location. The next day when I arrived at the meeting place, I was notified by the tour guide of another group that the tour was cancelled. The reason given was that the tour guide of this group suddenly had a car accident and was hospitalized. Very good reason, I hope so! Lisbon is this kind of place!
Firstly, the guide dropped us off in front of the Pena Palace and told us to self explore as there was an 'issue' with his license. He did explain the background in the car for 10 long minutes stationery. Next, it was raining so visibility was poor(not his fault). Finally, he bought us to an expensive restaurant that offered wine, cheeses set for €26++/person. The waiters were upset when we told them we weren't interested and chose ala carte options instead(lowest at €12). Do not recommend this tourist trap of a tour(especially if you are asian too because the guide treats you differently, even though I speak English well)
