Sintra, Pena Palace, Cape Roca and Cascais tour from Lisbon

We were very happy to meet guide Dumitru on our Sintra tour. It was our first time joining his tour, and the experience was so good that it left a strong impression on us. The group was small, which made the whole schedule smooth and comfortable. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable, and we could hear all of his explanations clearly. At every location, Dumitru gave detailed historical explanations and pointed out the best viewpoints, which helped us enjoy Sintra much more deeply. What we appreciated the most was how attentively he cared for each participant and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the tour. Because of this great experience, we immediately decided to book another tour—the Óbidos tour—and we were so happy to meet Dumitru again. If we come back to Portugal in the future, we would love to join his tours again. Dumitru is truly an exceptional guide.

The tour guide, transportation, and attractions were all great, but we weren't informed in advance that we'd need to buy tickets, and upon arrival, we could only pay with cash. This would have been very inconvenient if we hadn't had enough cash. It would be better to either include the tickets directly or inform us beforehand about the approximate cash amount needed, which would make it easier to manage.
