The driver was very good and recommended all the places we could visit in Osaka in one day. There was still time left. The driver drove very well and was able to change the pick-up location to Duamaru because we couldn't walk back to Donton. super helpful driver. he contacted us to pre-arranged the trip and itinerary in English. the driver spoke limited english but we can communicate well with my limited chinese and thanks to Google translate. He offered alternate attractions when one we chose were closed due to over capacity and time. overall i recommend to book through klook.

We booked this for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids Route was Osaka-Nara-Kyoto-Osaka. It is highly recommended to book a chartered car especially if traveling with kids as it saves a lot of time and it is hassle free. Good thing that we have chinese-speaking friend who can talk to the driver as the driver doesn't speak english. Overall this is worth the buck and we could have spent the same cost had we rode the trains.

- 10-seater vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, if child seats are not used, it can carry up to 9 passengers (including children) + 2 standard luggage
Luggage Details
- Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm, large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the cost of not being able to ride will be borne by the guest.
Notes
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours at a different location; the service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions (if you use the car after 22:00, you need to pay an additional JPY5000 night service fee);
- If it exceeds 10 hours, you need to pay the driver an overtime fee of JPY5000 per hour for vehicles with less than 10 seats and JPY10000 per hour for vehicles with more than 14 seats;
- The departure time can be based on the needs of passengers Please note: the driver can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to communicate in English;
- Children and infants also occupy seats, and child safety seats occupy about 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to 1 child safety seat. If you need to use it, please pay for the child seat fee when booking
- The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before use), please pay attention
- Please wait for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance
- The pick-up and drop-off points are both hotels or B&Bs in Osaka City (if you pick up outside the range, you will reserve idle time for the driver according to the actual situation or pay an additional fee)
- The following dates are the peak season for travel, and the driver will charge an additional JPY5000 peak season service fee, which can be paid to the driver on site.
