the cats were absolutely lovely! they don’t cuddle with guests but sit near them. they are pretty food motivated so consider buying cat treats for RM5! there was also a mass cat feeding session halfway through! there was a family who let their two sons mishandle cats. the boys kept picking and cuddling the cats despite clear signs of distress and struggle. the staff did not do anything about it, perhaps more could be done to ensure the wellbeing of the cats. otherwise, it was a lovely experience and my partner and i enjoyed ourselves!

There weren't many types of cats, and just playing with them, the smell was too strong, so we asked for masks. The staff explained things to us and patiently taught us how to hold the cats.

They had many varieties of cats. Some were super cute, some were friendly, other just want a snack. It's a huge place, with a pet shop/groomer below and dog (corgi cafe) below. They declaw the cats (great for humans, not so great for the cats). I also checked out the pet shop below and noticed 6 corgis in one of the smaller showcase windows, so...not too sure about how we'll all the pets are being treated. The kittens in the pet shop had a whole large window and even a cat tree inside.

Very cozy and clean. The cats were friendly and very tamed.

Went for the morning slot and around 11.30 there was a cat feeding session! Friendly cats who were very comfortable being around people!

A welcoming space to interact with healthy, friendly, well behaved cats. Prompt & helpful staff who assisted throughout.

There are many cats, they are all beautiful and not afraid of people at all. If you buy a cat snack for 5RM, all the cats will come around you as soon as you open it.

location is abit off. but cats are cute. even got in time for their meal time. it can be noisy as its share w dogs cafe in the same premise

cute cats, free parking, happy family. all in all very good experience. you can purchase treats at the front to feed the cats.

Love love loved this cat cafe. Went on a weekday, wasn't crowded. Cats are very friendly and curious and will interact with you, esp if you buy treats there. Place is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Try to go during a meal time slot and you get to see the cats feeding on the wall of feeding nooks! I have every intention of visiting again!
