great little boutique hotel. frozen mochi and popcicles were such a special touch especially being so hot. AC was always a little low. beds were comfortable and the pajamas fit all of us…which is weird we are all different heights and sizes. loved the two different bathrooms, one to shower and one for the toilet quite different than Tokyo rooms. staff was top notch. very close to train station and some good very small and intimate restaurants…for the price, I’d stay again for sure

this was my favorite hotel that we stayed in. The room was so nice and I loved the bathroom. The bath house was amazing and it was beautiful. Get ready with me stations that I used to get ready in the morning. It was an easy walk to the Kyoto station. in a very clean atmosphere I would love to stay here again.

we had a great stay at Hotel Keihan in Kyoto. it was clean and comfortable and staff were attentive and responsive. Breakfast was good for the 5D4N that we stayed there. They even provided kids slippers and snacks for children which was well-liked by the kiddo!

transport access: about 6 min walk from Kyoto station n 5 min walk to the city bus bus stop. cleanliness:daily cleaning n changing of towels available hotel location: very good location as near to restaurants n convenience stores n mall. we took the city bus to Nishiki market etc breakfast: good selection of breaks and very delicious service: we chose this hotel as we’d like to do onsen and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. checked in n out was easy. free toiletries like face clearing and face wash and toner were provided . we are family of 5 with 2 young children and the triple room fitted us well. we’ll definitely book the same hotel should we go Kyoto again.

THIS HOTEL WAS PERFECT, in love with the amenities, the size of our room and the kindness of each member, is just 7 minutes from Kyoto station but the atmosphere is perfectly to walk. Its important mention that my room was for 3 person and was surely amazing, the hotel has free ice cream

We enjoyed staying here. Good location as it’s close to Kyoto station, a subway station and a bus stop so very convenient especially if doing day trips out of Kyoto. Good amenities provided and room was relatively good-sized for Japan. Slight downside is the hotel seems older - there’s a slight odour on entering the lobby.

the largest hotel room in japan. the room is big enough to open 3 big suitcases. all amenities are provided including pajamas. the room is very clean and quiet. located near kujo station and kyoto station.
