朝食がビュッフェ…はとても嬉しい。お部屋も快適、気持ち良く過ごせました。 ありがとうございます。

It’s close to the train station and they provide a free drink machine in the lobby area that’s available during certain times of the day. Other than that, the property is run down. Our room was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. There was a hair band on the floor, a hair pin on the bed, a pair of underwear beside the bed. There was hair in the tub and it clogged due to hair in the drain. There was a big dirty stain on the wall between the two beds. Not sure what it was from. There was a thick layer of dust all along the walls. The room and hallways also smelt musty and a bit like cigarette smoke that had been attempted to have been covered up. I let the front desk know that the room was dirty and if it could be cleaned well, but it was the same when we returned the second night.

The room size is bigger than other business hotel I stayed in. Size of unit bath is also larger than other hotel. Convenient location near train station.

A bit dated and more expensive than the smaller, business-type hotels. The room was spacious. Looked a bit dated and old. They should update which plugs stay working after you turn your bedside lamp off, etc. We could not charge our phones wih the plugins closest to the beds, despite following instructions. Good enough location, lots of restaurants and atttactions nearby! Walkable distance with young kids to the Red Bricks and the amusement park. The area is fun!!!!

Friendly staff. Great location and value.

The property looks old. The room was comfortable but the sofa had stains and the carpet looked worn. It definitely does not look like a resort, it's just a hotel. Sakuragicho Station is about a 5 minute walk and there's a subway entrance just outside the front entryway. Not much else to say about this place.
