The location is unbeatable — directly connected to Shin-Kobe Station by elevator, perfect if you’re traveling by Shinkansen or metro! 
The room’s decor is classic and a little dated, and the air conditioning felt centrally controlled, but the bed was comfy and clean.
The hotel offers nice city and mountain views, a gym, onsen-style bath (extra charge), and a breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western dishes.
Great value overall for the convenience and accessibility it offers.
