This is the perefect itinerary for us because it starts at 11 am so we didn't have to wake up super ealry. It also allows us to explore the locations on our own with enough time without feeling rushed. Cave was an excellent guide! We were the only English-speaking tourist in the group but he made sure that we know everything that we needed, even if he had to repeat all that he said from Mandarin to English.

I was extremely satisfied with this trip, and I especially want to thank our tour guide, Richard Fu, and the driver team. Here are a few reasons why I wholeheartedly recommend them:
[Professional Bilingualism and Excellent Adaptability] Richard's communication in both Chinese and English was very fluent. During the trip, when we encountered a minor detour, he remained calm and demonstrated exceptional adaptability, which made everyone feel very secure.
[Attentive Care for Seniors] We had several senior members in our group, and Richard was incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire journey, constantly checking on their well-being and health. He was very kind to them.
[Proactive and Enthusiastic, Full of Memories] He also proactively helped everyone take beautiful photos 📷, allowing us to capture very precious moments.
[Smooth Pacing, Safe Driving] The timing of the itinerary was perfectly managed, never feeling rushed. The driver also drove very smoothly, making for a comfortable and reassuring ride.

This trip to Kobe was truly unforgettable, and I especially want to give a big shout-out to our tour guide, Rick! 👏🏻
Rick was incredibly dedicated, effortlessly switching between English and Chinese with perfect fluency and no awkwardness. His explanations throughout the tour were detailed and engaging, showing his deep knowledge and passion for Japan. Besides sharing historical backgrounds, he also pointed out scenes and settings from Japanese dramas that took place in the areas we visited, which gave us a deeper understanding of Kobe and left a more lasting impression.
Moreover, Rick's recommendations for local food were spot on! The ice cream and bread in Kobe were absolutely delicious, each one clearly made with care, adding so much to our trip 😋
**A little anecdote:**
When we arrived at the entrance of Mount Rokko, we realized we had accidentally left our wallet at a Lawson convenience store in Arima Onsen. We were really anxious, but Rick remained very calm and immediately helped us contact the Lawson staff. We were even luckier to encounter a driver from his company, who, without hesitation, drove us down the mountain to retrieve our wallet. The entire process was efficient and thoughtful, and we are truly grateful for their help!
This trip was not only fun but also filled with heartwarming human kindness. Good people deserve all the best 🫶🏻
