The design of the hotel is very modern. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and the bed is super comfortable! The staff is very friendly, and it is very convenient to check in and check out. The geographical location is also great, and it is convenient to go anywhere. It is a very satisfactory check-in experience!

Great place! It’s so clean and recommended to anyone. There’s pool, gameroom, workspace, and buffet available. There’s also starbucks vending machine. It’s a very instagrammable place.

I had an amazing stay at Scott Hotel KL Sentral from December 12 to 14. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable, making my stay in Kuala Lumpur truly enjoyable.
What I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff. They were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. As a coffee lover, I especially loved that when I asked for coffee, they happily provided it without hesitation—it definitely made my stay even better 🤪
Overall, my experience was excellent. The service, comfort, and warm atmosphere made this stay feel perfect. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay at Scott Hotel KL Sentral again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

This is one of the amazing stay with infinity pool. The room was super clean super spacious. Service was up to the mark. Yes, there is a deposit amount of 500 RM, but you need not to worry at all. It is refundable. You get the refund within two minutes after checkout . Further, what made me confused while doing the booking was they have multiple towers in which tower infinity poles exist with view of Patrona Towers. So here is the answer if you want the view of Petronas from infinity pool, go for face styles. Otherwise, if you want the view of KL Tower tower then go for D Face platinum and other options, they have a restaurant there on the ground floor room service is also available. Moreover, in every room there is a facility of micro oven and washing machine. You will feel like a home. Actually, this is not a hotel. This is a apartment, but Services will notlet you feel that you are in apartment. It will make you feel that you are in a five star hotel, the bellboy service was also there. so if you want to stay go for it, it is one of the best option available with family stay
