Though still off-season, the hotel and ski resort were not crowded, thus making the stay very relaxed and pleasant.Hotel service staff is very friendly from driver, reception to dining. The free spa nearby is superb! Outdoor Onsen is a must visit that can see the forest snow when you dip into Onsen. Room is spacious our one is two stories at the main building that can see car park. Arlberg Restaurant was great for dinner buffets crab,steak,cold ramen although it is not cheap but worth for money. Overall my family enjoyed the vacation here, Thanks Klook.
