Since it was my first trip to Malaysia, I really wanted to visit Malacca, so I joined this tour. It turned out to be a very satisfying tour. I was a little worried because the guide spoke English, but our guide, Ning, kindly explained important points in Japanese along the way, making it very easy to understand. I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. I participated with my 7-year-old child, and although there were moments when the heat made us a bit tired, we had fun until the very end. Ning was very attentive to my child, speaking to them kindly and taking family photos at scenic spots. She was friendly throughout the entire tour. Thanks to her, my child also stayed interested and had a great time. I learned a lot about Malacca's history and culture, and the transportation and schedule were smooth, making it a very fulfilling day. Thank you very much!

Made the right decision to avail this group tour. We have seen the must see sites; quite tiring though but it was worth it. I just felt sad not being able to pray in the national mosque ( it was duhr when we arrived at the nosque) but still glad to have gone inside and took some snaps. Masha Allah. Husabnd and Inare going home with lots of photo memories to keep on looking at and share with our kids. Excellent day tour! Everything was well organized from start to finish. The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly in English. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. We also received complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. The itinerary was well planned, and we had enough time to enjoy both Batu Caves and Genting Highlands. The transfer was smooth and punctual. Overall, it was great value for money, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

we were picked up from our hotel in a van and taken to Berjaya Times Square to wait for our tour bus. our tour guide Charlie and bus driver Robert were very nice. there was plenty of time to make your way up and down the batu caves, even at a slow pace and taking a long break at the top.. the morning session was good, it wasn’t that hot when we got there, but started getting very hot as we were leaving. there were nice eateries available nearby, with nice snacks (and meals if you want a bigger meal). the batik factory was ok. it was short, but it was ok. Charlie was great in giving us information about batu caves and the suburbs outside of KL.

Confirmation of your was quick and meeting point near Starbucks was easy to find. Our guide Raj was very professional and managed the group well, gave clear instructions on timings. Highly recommend if you are tight on time and want to explore various attractions in a day (maybe not so in-depth given the time constraints) without the hassle of managing transportation on your own. Good for solo travellers too. Ended the tour at Petronas Tower where you have the option to drop off from there (if you want to explore further), or take the bus back to the morning boarding point.

Our tour guide was very informative, and we even got to visit Batu Caves even though it wasn't part of the package, which was a big plus. There's plenty of time for indoor and outdoor rides, but since we're in our thirties, we just played claw machines and took lots of pictures. Also, make sure to be on time, or you might get left behind by the tour. If you're traveling with vegetarians, there are fewer options for them, but if you're not, there are many choices available. Overall, the tour was a 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Malaysia. It was such an easy and enjoyable way to explore the city, especially without the stress of planning transport. The route covered all the major attractions, and I loved being able to hop off anytime to explore and then continue when I was ready. The buses were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. The views from the top deck were amazing, perfect for sightseeing and photos! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a convenient and relaxing way to discover the city.

The KL City of Lights Tour on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus was a wonderful experience. The city looked beautiful at night, especially the illuminated landmarks and skyline. The bus was comfortable, and the tour provided a relaxing way to explore Kuala Lumpur's famous attractions. I highly recommend it for visitors who want to enjoy the city's night scenery.

Overall, it was pretty good. Makeup and hair styling are additional costs. Prices vary for front and back seating, and between weekdays and weekends. I was very satisfied with the makeup, styling, and costumes. The photography skills and posing guidance were decent, but the price was a bit high. It cost over 300 for a 30-minute shoot plus 5 retouched photos, and each original photo costs an additional RM100 – yes, each one. I'm not sure why they charge for original photos; I don't expect every photo to be retouched, but don't you offer a package that includes the original photos? A half-day experience here for two people cost over 1300 MYR, so their target audience must be high-income individuals. After returning home, I saw some very negative reviews on Google, but fortunately, I didn't encounter any of those issues. Location: 8/10 – It's fine right across from Starling Mall parking, otherwise traffic can be bad. Makeup & Styling & Costumes: 9/10 – The most satisfying part. Food: 7/10 – Not bad, but ordinary. Ambience: 9/10 – The interior atmosphere is very good, thoughtfully decorated, with attention to detail. The exterior is also great for photos. Service: 8/10 – The servers, stylists, and photographers were all good. Performance: 8/10 – One dish, one dance, one costume. The same people performed continuously, showing great dedication. Price: 7/10 – A bit expensive; one experience is enough.
