This is a must try activity when you go yo Kuala Lumpur. You really have to allot 2 hours of your time for the hop on hop off bus. It’s much more beautiful at night 😍 You can just sit down, appreciate the view and listen to the explanation of the tour guide about each spots while the bus is moving. I recommend you to sit on the top for the best experience! 😍❤️The area where you claim the physical tickets is easy to find. Come early so you’ll be the first in line and you can be able to choose your seat as the seats are first come first serve basis. Enjoy! 👌🏼

Exchange your online purchase voucher at the designated counter to get your physical ticket printed. The earlier you exchange your voucher, the earlier your bus number will be. I exchanged my voucher at the counter at 9 AM and received bus ticket number 1. I was then informed to return at 7:40 PM. Everyone will get a seat on the open-top bus. When I arrived at 7:40 PM, visitors were already lined up neatly according to their bus queue. The earlier you arrive, the sooner you'll board the bus and be free to choose your seat. It was a pleasant experience riding the double-decker bus with city lights as the view. It made me a bit sleepy because the journey was quite long, plus there was a gentle breeze.

It was a great experience. Easy to redeem and convenient to explore and acting tourists(for amalysians). Good for first-time visitors! The ride was comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed sitting on the open-top deck with a nice view Just sit, enjoy the breeze, and look at KL views❤️

The trip was very good. The bus was on time and it was very organized. My friends and I are very happy with the service. The only downside was the heavy traffic during our tour, which broke the momentum at that time. It's understandable since it was Ramadan and Chinese New Year during that time, so Kuala Lumpur was very traffic-congested. However, it doesn't change the fact that we enjoyed the activity.
