My stay at Lotte Hotel World was absolutely wonderful! The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for complete relaxation. A special thank you to Sung at the front desk, whose service was friendly and professional. When we encountered an issue, he handled it with great efficiency and resolved it quickly, making the entire check-in process smooth and reassuring. Both the service quality and the comfort of the accommodation were impressive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and will recommend it to my friends and family. Many thanks to Sung and the hotel team for their dedicated service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff were accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with complete amenities that made the stay relaxing and convenient. The location was also excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how well-maintained the facilities were. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Staff are accommodating and room is very clean. It is near the park which is what we like since we love to stroll around. It is also near convenient stores and coffee shops as well as the Lotte World and Mall.

Hospitality was amazing! The beds were very close to each other and very hard but other than that is was a nice place to stay just for the night.
