I will never return to this hotel. Gives Ramada a bad name. It was more of an overcharge motel. The hotel takes advantage of the clients knowing options are few.

Very professional staff with great hospitality. Excellent location for Everland / Caribbean Bay visitors. Clean and quite room with a very good bathroom, comfortable beds, big selection of satellite TV channels, nice view from its window.

Great service and great facility. The area is pretty “sad”. Everland was very disappointing. The hotel stay mad the trip worth it.
