After reading reviews online, I decided to give it a try and made a reservation. The location was pretty easy to find. Plus, they have an ocean-view window, and the scenery was so beautiful it instantly put me in a great mood! However, there was an unexpected hiccup that day: I lost my transit card before going. I looked everywhere for it for a long time, and by the time my appointment rolled around, I still hadn't found it and didn't have time to keep searching, so I just headed straight to get my hair done. I actually hadn't eaten anything all day, so it was such a relief that the salon had small snacks and drinks prepared, which was just enough to tide me over. The staff even kindly asked if I wanted any more snacks... so thoughtful! I booked my appointment on very short notice, so I hadn't prepared any reference photos of the hairstyle I wanted beforehand. I just described the general style to the stylist, mainly because I wanted a trim, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the final result! It doesn't matter if you don't speak Korean; the stylist and assistants use a translation app to communicate, which put me completely at ease. I actually paid extra to upgrade to the scalp treatment, and I felt it was totally worth it! The reclining chair for the scalp treatment turned out to be a massage chair, and it even covered your calves—super relaxing, I even dozed off by accident... I've attached the stylist's business card, and I also want to give a shoutout to the assistant, Hyomin. She is adorable, very attentive, and extremely patient; she was the one who did my scalp treatment. This experience was truly wonderful! The next time I come to Busan, I'd love to come back for this experience!

I highly recommend the color analysis and makeup service I experienced! The color analysis service was very detailed, and Teacher Vivian informed me that I am a summer color type, recommending many suitable cosmetics, accessories, and clothing colors. I've taken other makeup courses before, but none addressed my uneven eye issue. The Korean makeup artist handled it very carefully and was super gentle, adjusting the makeup look according to my needs. I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but with the help of a translator, there were no communication issues at all, and I achieved the perfect look I wanted! It's the most satisfying color analysis and makeup studio I've ever visited! You can record videos and take photos during the process, with no extra charges!

A must-visit beauty spot in Busan! 💆🏻‍♀️✨ I visited Heart Aesthetic, located on the 4th floor, to unwind and recharge during my trip to Busan. Since I was traveling to Korea to experience K-beauty, I wanted to treat myself to a relaxing decollete massage to relieve travel fatigue, along with a personalized facial treatment tailored to my skin after a consultation. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I was amazed by the difference before and after the treatment! My skin looked and felt so much better, and the whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. 🩷 This was definitely one of the BEST beauty experiences of my trip to Busan! If you’re visiting Busan and want to experience authentic K-beauty treatments while relaxing and pampering yourself, I highly recommend Heart Aesthetic. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Busan!

It was the best place during my trip to Busan. My skin was dry and rough due to the sea breeze, but it was good to use it because it was next to Momos Coffee. Above all, it‘s good that my skin is moist after receiving care. If I live in Busan, I would like to use it again.

I had such a lovely experience during my makeup lesson with Riha, she was very patient in explaining application techniques and finding colour matches for me, she does one side of your face and you practice on the other side with her correction, we went over the 60min alloted time but again she was very patient to ensure all my questions were answered, she provided a detailed emailed review on the lesson afterwards and answered the remaining questions I had, would highly recommend this makeup lesson with Riha, her english was also very good. Overall a lovely experience.

It was great they were very through and explained everything to us with plenty of examples to visualize all of the advice on what we should and shouldn’t wear for our body types.

The session began with a one-to-one consultation, followed by colour analysis and makeup. We were encouraged to take videos and photos of the makeup products used and recommended. Everything was thoughtfully personalised, from colour tones, hair colours and glasses to outfits, nails and accessories, even considering our home country's climate. My package also included a perfume blended from my two favourite scents! The aftercare was fantastic: a personalised Instagram album with styling tips, colour palettes and makeup recommendations available at Olive Young, plus 7 days of follow-up support. Such a fun, informative and worthwhile experience. Highly recommended! ✨

Booked yesterday and went for an eyelash perm today! Very convenient 👍🏻 The location is near Jeonpo Cafe Street and is very easy to find! The staff was very attentive, using a phone translator to explain things before and after the procedure~ The process took about 45 minutes, and I felt she was very skilled. I am also very satisfied with the results 🤩❤️
