I had a wonderful experience with the Puffing Billy Steam Railway and Phillip Island tour! The communication was very thoughtful — they sent reminders not only by email but also via WhatsApp, which made everything smooth and clear. Our tour guide was fantastic: humorous, engaging, and full of interesting stories about the places we visited. He made sure we were safe and on time at each stop, and his friendly attitude made the whole day even more enjoyable. The tour was well-organized, relaxed, and fun from beginning to end. I also really liked the group atmosphere — everyone was friendly and respectful, which made the trip even better. This tour added so much joy to my time in Melbourne and gave me some truly unforgettable memories. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A great mix of beautiful sights, smooth logistics, and warm service. Would definitely join again!

It was a great day, I made a selfie with a kangaroo and I've seen my beloved kingfisher bird, then we watched funny little penguins on the beach. It was my last day in Australia so It was a nice farewell spent with typical Aussie animals, the guide was very attentive :) Thx.

Not my first time, but I still loved the Puffing Billy ride. Lorraine was always making sure we got great value out of the tour, like arriving at Phillip Island early to get the best spot, and taking the better route to let us see the wildlife. Totally recommended. The only minor improvement would be the wait time. The whole bus was waiting for another traveler for more than 15 minutes during pickup. It would have been better if a waiting time limit was set for that, to not waste the precious time of other travelers who arrived on time.

Loved this day tour. Pick-up and drop-off were easy. Alisha was our lovely guide and made the trip so much fun. We went to all the places of interest as stated. We opted for the underground viewing of the penguin parade. It was cozy inside the room while it was cool outside, and we were also free to walk outside to follow behind the penguins, lol... Great tour to see the wildlife in Philip Island. The guide is helpful and the coach bus is comfortable. And there’s a complimentary coffee at the pick-up spot at Melbourne Art. Centre

this trip is sooo good!!! Lily was our guide, and she was paitient and controlled the time of transition very well. she told us the accurate time of coming back to the bus so that we all can follow. And on the way of Philip Island, she reminded us to look at the wildlife, such as wallaby and local geese. Love this trip!

Our tour guide Chen is the most handsome tour guide I have ever seen, no doubt about it. Not only is he handsome, but his service attitude is also top-notch. The itinerary is on time, the explanations of the attractions are clear and interesting, and he even told us the best spots to see penguins and which toilets are clean, so that we don't waste money or go the wrong way. He didn't show any signs of fatigue throughout the whole day and even carefully asked everyone where they wanted to get off. He was very cooperative and was really considerate. I am very glad that I chose this trip and met Guide Chen. The children and I have very happy memories. Thank you Guide Chen, thank you Extragreen Holidays Group, thank you Klook!

Joined the Puffing Billy & Philip Island Tour and Great Ocean Road Tour. Picked up / Drop-off location was great since it’s within the CBD area. Also visited many iconic tourist attractions during the tours!
