one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.

Had a great time on this tour! We visited Brighton Beach, rode the Puffing Billy, and ended the day with the Penguin Parade. 🐧 Everything was well-organized and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend! ⭐️

The ride on the Puffing Billy steam train was truly impressive! Sitting on the open carriage window sills, dangling our legs outside, and feeling the breeze while passing through lush green forests was such an exciting experience! The penguin parade was incredible! I was grateful to see around 60 penguins—on average, about 700 penguins come out to the island each day. Australian penguins are the little penguin and irresistibly cute! I was also delighted to see baby Cape Barren Geese; they are utterly adorable! Our tour guide is knowledgeable and cares for our basic needs such as going to the bathroom and having our meals during the day. I highly recommend wearing enough clothing because Philip Island is very windy.

Amazing experience. This is my 2nd time to book the Philip Island tour (first one was from another tour company) and this is way better than the 1st one I booked. The guide, John, was very engaging and entertaining. He told us interesting stories on the places we visited. Even told us a lot of fun facts of the animals native to Australia. Time for each location is just enough (not rushed). He is also very efficient, too. Took our orders in advance (optional) so we didn't have to wait long for our lunch. Also took our penguin parade tickets ahead so we were able to enter the venue while other tours are still outside on queue. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Chris was wonderful. He was able to share many interesting anecdotes on the sites and animals and with a great sense of humour. Definitely enjoyed this trip a lot.

Vår guide Rhys var glad och rolig. Han väntade alltid på oss i tid och hans introduktion var tydlig och informativ. Minibussen var bekväm och ren, men det hade varit bättre om det fanns förvaring ovanför varje passagerare.

we have spent a wonderful day with Vicky from Autopia. my best tour in Melbourne with 31 other tourists. Philip island was full of surprises from koalas, wallabies, huge birds & most importantly the penguins. so lucky to be able to witness the whole vaccination process done professionally.

Jag hade en så underbar tid på Puffing Billy Train & Penguin Parade Tour och en stor del av det berodde på David Hsu – en fantastisk reseguide och chaufför! Från allra första början gav David oss ett så varmt välkomnande och tog hand om allt under hela dagen. Han var otroligt kunnig och delade med sig av intressanta berättelser och information på både engelska och kinesiska, vilket gjorde resan ännu roligare. Han var också utmärkt på att hantera tidsschemat för hela resan – allt kändes smidigt och välorganiserat. Och han hjälpte till och med till att ta foton åt oss som en professionell fotograf! Eftersom jag reste ensam var jag lite orolig att resan skulle kännas ensam, men David såg till att alla kände sig inkluderade och bekväma. Han bidrog med så mycket positiv energi och glädje till gruppen. Han är mer än bara en professionell reseguide – han bryr sig verkligen om människorna han reser med. puffing billy is a must during Melbourne visit. 40mins from CBD. great experience. on the other hand, penguin parade in Philip island is a bit far. there are some closer beaches where you can see it also.
