overall the one day tour is well organized, the tour guide is friendly and provide us with lots of information. the only thing that was lacking is the time spent in Lake Toya, we were given around 70-80 minutes to have lunch and enjoy lake toya (the view, hand & foot bath etc.) but with the time given, the schedule is super tight. lunch time already took almost 1 hour which left us very limited time to enjoy the view itself.

From the reception hall to check-out, everyone was treated well and politely. The hot spring bath has many pools and is very comfortable. The room is clean and comes with snacks.

After being cancelled twice on our Klook booking, we booked this. Basically this is a punch-card trip, stopping 1/2h each stop, taking some pic and off we go again. Other than the lunch and shopping stops, which allows us abt an hour. Time is critical for this trip, which the guide keep emphasising us to keep to the schedule and the bus does not wait, esp at the last stop. Overallc it’s a good re-visit to most of the places we’d been and glad we got to bought the horse oil cream again! Friendly and helpful guide too!

Seiko-san was very friendly and considerate, even shared much history of Hokkaido with our group. The lunch timing at Lake Toya can be extended as foreigners do take longer to view food menu and place food order in Japan. for family group, eatery took time to prepare and we missed the time to gather at our bus. Another group of 5 in our bus were also late as we are in the same eatery with full orders. Hell valley, lake Toya, bear ranch and ropeway were all beautiful and interesting .

The penguin parade is very cute. If Asahikawa is too far and Otaru is not open, you can go to Noboribetsu. Although the park is relatively small, it is okay.

The tour guide is friendly, kind and handsome. I arrived late and was still waiting for the tour via the KLOOK application. It's really the best. This is my 3rd time traveling via KLOOK. Basically, KLOOK is really the best.

At Noboribetsu Station, you can leave luggage for 600 yen. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the door. Although it is a bit old, it is suitable for parent-child activities. The ticket plus cash is 1,000 yen, which can be used at the ramen shop in the park.
