The guide walked really fast, so many parents were left behind, and finally the time was not right for everything. But the view was really nice, the service was really good, you could get a foot massage, free coffee and miso soup. The best waiting room. Next time I hope there is Indonesian 🫶😁

It was my second time visiting Mt. Fuji and I am so fortunate to come upon this tour! My first one was a bit far from the area and lacking, but this tour, through the guide of Kenji-san and safe voyage from Nishida-san made my visit again the best I ever had and most memorable! There was also a personal touch because the map was handwritten and kawaii too (I kept it as memorabilia)! I will definitely recommend this tour and in my honest opinion, no other person would ever deliver a great tour but from someone who is Japanese. Domo arigatou Kenji-san and Nishida-san!

I joined KLOOK's Ibaraki day tour on July 18th, and the itinerary was well-arranged. Our tour guide, Miss Ashly from Hong Kong, was very dedicated, and the driver was very safe! Highly recommended.

Really awsome experience with lots of importanf and interesting information. we got lucky and were able to do it with 1 guide and 2 training guides so it was mutch fun talking to all of them. i recomend this trip to everyone.

Jimmy is very good with his time management from the beginning & end of our tour. It also showed how he has prepared for this, he shared to us many good info about the points of interests on this tour. I was so lucky to have Hou Jing as our guide on this trip. She was incredibly patient and took meticulous care of each member of the group, making us feel warm, safe, and secure. Her explanations were thorough yet easy to understand, clear, and well-organized. It wasn't just a superficial tour; she truly helped us understand the local history and culture. The entire itinerary was well-organized with excellent time management. She handled unexpected situations and the needs of the group with flexibility and ease, which was very reassuring.

it was 4 hours drive from Tokyo, this trip would require us to walk, they will drop us nearby Taishi-ike pond then we could start to walk, it was 3-4KM to the Terminal Bus. even though it was written that the english guide weren't provided, there is a staff that able to speak english to help us understand the guidance. it was fun and worth the walk

Starting in Shinjuku, we met our Guide Hiro beneath the giant cat billboard. He was engaging, informative and genuinely fun to be around. He took us to the cat cafe to meet some cats right around their breakfast feeding time. He helped the other members of our group navigate the subway to Gotokuji and we walked the streets to the Gotokuji temple. The temple and grounds are stunning, and Hiro allows you time to stop for photos or ask questions, dropping fun facts along the way. Afterwards, we went back to the shopping street, saw the cat train go past and purchased our souvenirs. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend it to any cat lovers who are interested.
