Basically, taxi drivers are very friendly. The language barrier is a bit of a problem. If you use a translation app, there won't be much of a problem. Kagoshima itself doesn't have many tourist attractions, so the average itinerary is limited to shrines, gardens, and observatories. It's okay to use the time between the airport and the hotel, and the cost-effectiveness is not bad.

Tour guide Mina is very professional! She provided very detailed introductions to all the attractions! A tour bus was waiting as soon as we got off the boat, making the most of all the sightseeing time, and she got the guests back to the pier on time! Five-star recommendation!

We had greet time in Kagoshima. Private car that we’ve booked was really proffesional and full with responsibility. Mr. Nagayoshi was kind and very helpful. we’re enjoy kagoshima even though it’s only few hours.

although it was raining in the afternoon but I really enjoyed the tour. Erina was so helpful and always assisting us, she’s friendly and always smiling and of course…beautiful hehe. THANK YOU so much ERINA👍

Fantastic tour guide! Passionate about Kagoshima and very knowledgeable. He always took things at a slower pace for us older folks, waiting and keeping us together. Highly recommended! Tour guide Xu Jie is fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese and a truly enthusiastic guide. Highly recommended for those planning independent travel!

This trip included both Kumamoto and Kagoshima, and I'm so glad that Mina was our leader for both days. She was very kind and attentive, made excellent arrangements, and constantly shared information about local Japanese culture and features along the way. This made all of us feel safe and happy, and it was definitely worth participating in.

our tour guide was Olivia and she was so much fun and very friendly. she gave us history facts and information about the places we went. unfortunately mt Fuji was hidden but I loved the tour. food was amazing
