Nijō Castle tours

We usually prefer independent travel but felt this tour would enable us to see key sights in Kyoto, and we did. Our guide Anson was excellent. He created a WhatsApp group chat to share information at each stop so we could self guide after he shared initial information. There were only 15 on the bus so not too crowded. highly recommend. Our tour of Nijo Castle with Naoya was an incredible experience. He was very professional, spoke excellent English, and explained the history of the site in a way that was both clear and engaging. The location itself is breathtaking, and having such a knowledgeable guide made it even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and truly great value for money. Highly recommended!

A really great tour to get an overview of historic Tokyo and Japan in a single day, we didn’t have much time in Kyoto so it was perfect to see a lot, our guide was knowledgeable and kept everyone’s energy up over a big day. The only downside of this is you don’t get much time at each stop, keep in mind that this is a quick tour of everything and you’ll be fine or choose to go to less stops on another tour where you can spend longer.

I'll start by saying that our tour guide Yuri was fantastic! She was friendly and funny, patient and knowledgeable. She mentioned that this was the first tour with this schedule and she handled it like a pro! The tour itself was jam packed and included 4 separate locations in and around Kyoto starting with an initial visit to the magnificent Nijo Castle, a first time for the tour agency. From there we continued on to the Golden Pavilion and the rest of the locations. It was a busy day, but to cover the major attractions it was well worth the time and money. My mother and I would highly recommend this itinerary.

A wonderful tour in Kyoto with our very energetic tourguide Mai San and our very patient driver. The tour was indeed smooth and planned well. The food for lunch was good and had alpt of varities to choose from. I would love to recommend Japan Panoramic tours ro those who want to experience Kyoto's relaxed environment.The tour had alot of stops and all of it was amazing, nice views and good history. Thank you Kyoto for an amazing experience.

Vincent was a great tour guide! Very informative, even gave personal recommendations and insights. Unfortunately the Imperial Palace was closed the date of my tour, but he still took us to this shrine with beautiful gardens. Highly recommend if you are in Kyoto.
