This was especially helpful for older guests who might be superstitious about opening hotel room doors and often murmur apologies. Having a staff member open the door eliminated that worry. They also thoughtfully explained where to put things, like how the table could be folded away. But the best part was this: in the past, hot spring hotels always provided lotions, so I didn't bring any this time. On the first night, I asked the front desk, but they said they couldn't provide any due to policy. I thought there was nothing to be done, but to my surprise, when I returned from going out on the second night, I found a bottle of lotion available for use. I'm truly grateful for their thoughtful addition; it saved my dry, chapped face. The air conditioning and dehumidifier in the room were also efficient; the room became dry and cool very quickly. The water in the small hot spring tub in the room also filled up fast. I'm very satisfied with my stay at the hotel! However, the breakfast felt quite ordinary. There weren't many main course options, especially for items like rice, noodles, and scrambled eggs, which had to be ordered from staff, similar to an all-you-can-eat buffet. Sometimes, you couldn't even control the portion size. For example, sunny-side-up eggs weren't cooked in front of you, so you couldn't immediately tell them when to stop cooking. Nevertheless, the restaurant staff were very diligent, constantly clearing used plates and being attentive. If they saw you looking like you needed assistance, they would automatically come over and ask if you needed service. These points definitely add to the positive experience.

I just had to write a positive review! We arrived in the lobby before check-in time, and our luggage was already being taken care of. We relaxed in the waiting lounge nearby, which offered beverages like coffee, water, apple cider vinegar, and barley tea. The kids were thrilled with the cookies and candies available. When it was time to check in, our luggage had already been placed in our room, saving us the hassle of carrying it. The room design was excellent. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks like Supau, water, and sparkling water, plus facial masks for use during bathing—such thoughtful touches! There was even a service bell next to the hot spring tub for any emergency needs. The room also provided yukata and Japanese flip-flops, and our children were delighted to find cute flip-flops in their sizes. The hotel has a swimming pool with inner tubes and lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. On the first floor, there's an indoor play area for kids, allowing parents to relax while their children play. Breakfast is a buffet on the second floor, and it was delicious with very fresh ingredients. The hotel also provided the milk and crib we requested. The service was truly 100% excellent! I highly recommend it! My mood instantly improved. It's a shame we only booked one night; we will definitely return for another stay. It was incredibly comfortable! Parents can easily manage childcare and relax at the same time.

It's very close to the MRT station. Although check-in isn't until 6 PM, the staff kindly arranged for us to check in early! The hotel is a bit older, but it's quite clean and very conveniently located near the MRT station. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beitou! I'd like to commend the staff; their attitude was incredibly friendly and deserves praise! We even received a small gift for checking in on Mother's Day. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall it was pretty good, and the hot food was delicious. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

The hotel's photo spots are very beautiful, and there are many lovely paintings. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly; the gentleman at the entrance and the receptionist were both very helpful 👍. The hotel room was a bit old and dusty, and the cleanliness was not up to par. The hot spring water in the room had a strong odor, but the water in the large public bath did not. There is also an outdoor hot spring bath. The shuttle bus only runs once an hour, and since it was raining heavily the whole time, we had to call our own car every time we went out.

The soundproofing is quite good, the bed is very comfortable, and the in-room bathroom facilities are excellent. The golf course view from the window is superb. The breakfast offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, clearly labeled. It's conveniently located for both mountain areas (like the fort) and coastal areas (like Tamsui Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf). This is a hotel I would definitely want to visit again.

Tian Yue is very close to the hotel, making transportation extremely convenient. While the hotel building's exterior appeared old, the interior decoration was elegant, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and included a private hot tub and a private steam room. It offers great value for money, with a one-night stay for one person costing less than HKD 1000, including a simple buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff's service attitude was average. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends.

It poured rain on the day of our check-in, which was a bit of a bummer. However, the on-site staff gave us a free upgrade to a spacious family room with two large double beds, which made us super happy. The room was very clean and roomy. Pros: 1. You can rent a Nintendo Switch to play in your room. 2. The bathtub fills up quickly, and drains very fast after use, though the draining sound is quite loud. 3. It's a family-friendly hotel, suitable for stays with children, offering movies, ride-on cars, and one free DIY craft activity. 4. It's conveniently located near the light rail, making it easy to stay without a car. Cons: 1. The toilet is inside the room, separated only by a wall, so the flushing sound is quite noticeable. 2. The breakfast options are limited, now semi-buffet style. The clams in the seafood congee looked a bit dry, and there was only one type of egg (tea egg). There were also noodles with vegetables, but the roots of the vegetables were slightly black, like unwashed dark spots. The hotel explained that this was due to water damage to the vegetables. However, my thought is, if they knew there was water damage, why didn't they cut off the damaged parts before serving? 3. During check-in, the staff skipped me and proceeded to assist the next group of guests. When I asked the front desk why, stating I was there first, they replied that they thought I was with the previous group. My thought is, why didn't the front desk ask me if I was with the previous group? Other hotels always ask.
